What the €990 package includes — and what is billed at cost
The €990 figure is a flat, all-inclusive fee for our work in forming your Romanian SRL as a non-resident. It covers the remote setup via power of attorney: name reservation, the articles of association and CAEN codes, the ONRC filing through to your CUI (tax ID), the first year of registered office, the NIF for the non-resident founder, VAT registration, and assistance opening a bank account. These are the services we control and price ourselves, so the number does not move.
Separately, certain third-party costs are billed at cost rather than marked up or hidden inside the headline: ONRC state fees, sworn translation of your documents, apostille or legalisation, and any notary fees. We keep these out of the €990 deliberately, because they vary by your country and document set, and bundling an estimate into the headline would either inflate it or risk under-quoting. You pay the real amount, with nothing added.
Pricing questions
Why fixed, transparent pricing? Company formation is a defined piece of work, so it should have a defined price. A flat fee plus pass-through state costs means you can budget with confidence and there are no surprise line items at the end.
How does monthly accounting fit in? Formation is one-off; running the company is ongoing. The accounting tiers above are separate monthly subscriptions scaled to your document volume, employees and VAT status — choose the tier that matches your activity.
