1. Who we are (the controller)

The data controller is the entity operating FirmaRomânia. The controller's full identification details are available on request and are set out in the proposal and service contract. You can reach us any time at office@firmaromania.com.

2. Data we collect

  • contact details submitted via our forms (name, email, phone, message, and the answers to the guided form);
  • visit-source data (e.g. campaign/UTM parameters, entry page), where present;
  • technical and analytics data (only with your consent — see our cookie policy).

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • to respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to improve our services and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • for traffic analytics — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

We use providers that process data on our behalf as processors: the form-processing service (Web3Forms), our website hosting provider, our email-forwarding service and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. Audience statistics via Ahrefs Web Analytics are cookieless and do not identify you. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Web3Forms) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

6. Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (typically the duration of the business relationship plus applicable legal retention periods), or as required by law.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects on you. To exercise your rights, email office@firmaromania.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
