This site, firmaromania.com, is operated under the trade name FirmaRomânia. The full identification details of the service provider that contracts with you (legal name, tax registration number and registered office) are provided in the proposal and contract agreed before any paid service is delivered. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We arrange and coordinate company formation and accounting services. Regulated activities are delivered through authorised professionals: accounting through partner authorised/chartered accountants, and legal assistance for incorporation through partner lawyers. Specific scope, pricing and conditions are set out in the proposal and contract agreed with each client.

3. Informational content

Tax and legal information on this site is general, updated periodically, and does not constitute tailored advice. Always request an individual analysis before making decisions.

4. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could impair its operation or the rights of others.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are first addressed amicably; failing agreement, the competent Romanian courts at the provider's registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
